One can view the current XP value of the TARDIS by right-clicking the top gauge on the Front Side of the Console. The more the flight lasts - the more xp you get. The TARDIS will automatically level up while you fly. You can also change the colour of Solid blocks, Flat blocks and Roundels with dyes.
To customize your TARDIS you can use TARDIS Decorator (to change interior blocks), Temporal Engine's Console Room Setting panel (to change the overall look of the console room) or the Chameleon Circuit (to change the exterior look).
